Named after the French culinary technique where you top a dish with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, or butter and bake until it forms a golden brown crust, these Gratins are just what your savory dish needs. Their low sides and large surface areas let you fill them to the top for easier browning as everything below bakes evenly. Made from durable stainless steel, they’re tough enough to bake or broil up to 600°F without getting bent out of shape. Their mirror polished finish is also stylish enough to go from oven to table, ideal for entertaining. They also feature All-Clad’s iconic riveted loop handles for an improved grip that complements the look of their bigger, bonded counterparts. I love these so much that I bought four of them at my local store. They were only fifty cents cheaper for each one than they are on Amazon.  Therefore, I only saved $1 on this set of two.These are very small as can be seen from my photo. They are also for the oven only and are not for the stovetop. They fit in my toaster oven easily. In fact, I can fit two side-by-side on each shelf in my toaster oven.These are stainless steel, good up until 600 degrees Fahrenheit, cook evenly, and clean up well. They also do not break or crack like my ceramic, glass, or other pans do. These are perfect for small dishes or for a single person that cooks small.They feel like high quality as a baker. They are lighter than their pans that go on the stovetop but they are still quality. I have a large All-Clad frying pan and love it just like I love this. I also purchased two of their All-Clad 7 inch oval bakers and am considering buying two more.I like their pans so much that I have been considering this set as well. Overall, these are perfect for me and perfect for single-serving portions.
