If you are looking for a super-automatic, this is an excellent choice. I has all the features you desire in a machine; multiple single-touch drinks, cup warmer, intuitive UI, etc. but yet is quite affordable. The one downside is that it is quite difficult to program the machine to create a perfect macchiato - dispensing such a little amount of milk is impossible given the mechanics of the frothing device. This is easily remedied by simply frothing some milk in a separate cup and spooning over one or two scoops of froth onto your espresso shot. I recommend taking the time (about an hour or so) to tune the machine to your specifications, e.g., grind size, water hardness, amount of pulled water, etc. Then, every shot comes out to your perfection.

Most of the 1-star reviews seemed to revolve around taking delivery of a bum machine from a refurbisher or reseller, rather than the machine itself. I bought 2 of them. The first has made over 40,000 cups per the system stats!!! The second is a future replacement I spotted that had only 42 cups on it. I really like the espresso/coffee this machine produces and the simplicity of doing so. Nothing beats a bean to cup brew. Once you get used to what it does and your piece of the activity, it's a really nice system and will provide years of excellent brews with minimum effort. For me it is therapeutic to go through my ritual of use and cleaning.
Oh lastly, I NEVER put tap water through any of my coffee systems, ONLY distilled or Reverse Osmosis, even if your water isn't too bad and your coffee system allows it. It insures consistent taste, and secondly, longevity of the equipment.
