Loads of space, expandable, with easy access to good sized outer pocket. Wheels are sturdy and manoeuvre well whether using 2 or all 4. Our family now all have KC luggage..
just after the first use, the handle was broken and it is now impossible to retract. could the manufacturers make this a little stronger and more durable?
I love this bag and use it for business travel all the time but it's extremely heavy and I have a difficult time getting in the overhead of the plane by myself. Also, the zipper in the bag already broke and I've only used the bag 3 times so that was disappointing.
I was very happy with the product at its first look..Carry-on looks very compact and stylish..It has good amount of pockets inside and compartments for travel...4 wheels keeps it sturdy.. the only thing that upset me a little bit is its weight..a bit heavy for its size..but overall amazing product..I am happy with my purchase..
