Great for arthritic hands. I continually drop everything because of my arthritic hands but these are stainless steel so if I drop them, they won't break. The rubber bands at the top and bottom give an excellent grip. I also really appreciate it that they fill from the top, just unscrew and fill. The container hold lots of salt and pepper so the need to refill is not that often. I also like the white band and black band at the bottom to indicate if it is salt or pepper.
