(No, not that! This is a family-oriented site!)

I travel for work quite often. Most of my trips require only a one-night stay out of town. I needed something between a regular size suitcase and a duffel bag or a gym bag.

I did my research; boy, did I! I finally found this bag. It's inexpensive, just the right size, rolls easily, is very sturdy, and fits snugly under a regular airline seat.

The fact that it fits under a regular airline seat is a HUGE deal for me. The shuttle flights I frequently use do not offer assigned seating (you know the airline). So, if I'm not in "Group A", then by the time I board, most of the seats near the front door are taken. No, that's not true. By the time I board, there will still be seats near the front door, but there won't be any overhead bin space near those seats! With this bag, I can choose any seat that is still open (mostly the middle one) without worrying about overhead bin space.

I've had this bag for less than three months. I cannot comment on its durability at this time.

This has been a pretty good product and so far is holding up pretty well. The design is simple and it works nicely in those small overhead bins. It can be top/front heavy if you have a heavy laptop that you put in the internal sleeve along with heavy items in the external pockets, but that's very common with most smaller roll-aboards I have owned. Slightly longer extensions on the pedestals would make it much more functional to stand balanced, but I have grown accustomed to packing so that it isn't a big problem. Because it's small and maneuverable, you can always lean it against a wall or counter if you're unsure. It rolls nicely along and is reasonably sturdy. I will likely buy it again when the one I have wears out or needs a refresh.

Overall bag is great but the legs in front are too short so the bag keeps falling forward and falling down. Travel is crazy so having to be mindful of this or constantly having to pick bag up or have others i.e. taxi/shuttle drivers pick it up is inconvenient. Poor design in this area.

I also was very surprised on how much I could get into this case. I just returned from a six day trip and carried everything I needed in this bag. I had no problem with the zippers catching at all. The case is a little deeper than advertised when packed and will not fit into the smallest overhead compartment, but I am not sure there is one that will--it did fit in the next biggest commuter airplane overheads. It rolls beautifully and has an easily accessible outside compartment to store your bagged liquids in for ease of getting through security. The only possible improvement might be a piggy-back strap which it doesn't have. Overall, this bag surpassed my expectations.

+ fits under common airline seats
+ rolls well
+ built robust
+ 14.7"×10.5"×1.5" Lenovo W520 incl. 9-cell battery fits

- not available in green any more
- tips forward when laptop stored in sleeve
- zipper catches in the bases of the inside straps

If you can live with the minuses, then the suitcase is ideal for the light traveller carrying a large laptop.

Perfect size as a carry on for short overnight trips or for additional luggage on long vacations. Easily fits in overhead bins or under the seat on a plane. Ideal for those items you do not want to put in checked baggage such as laptops, cameras, cell phones, medications, etc.
