Great product. Outside material is nice and sturdy. Comes with enough side pockets and features. The only complaints my is the handle. Feels a little cheap and flimsy. Sometimes one side will not lock into place and it's just frustrating. If it's not locked into place it feels like the handle could bend/break with moderate exertion. Other than that the bad is great. Study, attractive, and the perfect size for carry on.

I was very excited to have ordered this but was a little disappointed on its arrival. My impression of a duffle bag is that it is very "flexible". This bag, while very well made and extremely handsome, has more of the characteristics of a suitcase than a duffle bag. I returned it and bought a different Bric's bag which I can't wait to use. One additional point: the vendor was very generous in allowing the return since I had exceeded the stated time in which to do so. Result: I will be a return customer.

I was very happy I purchased it before my trip rather than struggle with a bigger bag. I plan to use it for my shorter trips too.
